I bought the B190 Large Mat hoping to add some light therapy to my routine, but it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The size is fantastic. It’s huge, so I have plenty of room to stretch out fully without hanging off the edges. While I don't do power yoga on it, it is absolutely incredible for restorative yoga and stretching. The best part? Doing Savasana (corpse pose) on this mat. Turning on the photon red lights and the heat at the end of my practice is heavenly. You can feel the warmth penetrating your muscles while the red light works on your skin. It turns a 10-minute cool-down into a full-blown spa treatment. It’s also just incredibly comfortable. It supports my back and joints so much better than a standard floor mat. If you are looking to take your home wellness routine to the next level, this is it. I look forward to getting on this mat every single day!
