30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At 90kr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging unopened.
Proof of purchase (Order #) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without prior confirmation. To start a return:

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Note: If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, the price difference must be paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was received damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the shipping costs for the error.

Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
